We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on all hosting services from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 15 days, you may request a full refund. This refund excludes setup fees, domain registration charges, and any additional add-on services.

2. Domain Registration

Domain registration fees are non-refundable, as these payments are made directly to domain registrars. Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. The domain will remain under your ownership.

Fees paid for additional services such as SSL certificates, dedicated IP addresses, software licenses, or third-party integrations are non-refundable.
